Annual Dues

$150 annual due covers Jan 1 - Dec 31. Payment should be mailed to:

This fee covers:

front entrance maintenance
upkeep of the lakes and ponds
other operating expenses of the Association that may be needed, including insurance and legal expenses

Owners are required to maintain the roof and entire exterior appearance of their homes.

Late Fee

If payment is received after January 31st, a late fee of $10 is assessed each month (or any part thereof), until paid in full.

Due Increases

The annual due would only increase if the operating and maintenance expenses of Olde Bridge Run, such as landscaping, lake maintenance, legal, etc. were to increase. These determinations are made at a Board of Director's meeting, towards the end of the each year. The best way to control non-fixed expenses for the entire Association is for each owner to voluntarily comply with OBR rules and keep their individual properties properly maintained.

In the event of a pending increase in the amount of the annual dues assessment, owners will be notified via mail.
